My  book, La Vie Rustic -Cooking and Living in the French Style encapsulates the spirit of French food and living with  the land and is available online and at bookstores nationwide and at Williams-Sonoma. The book is chock full of recipes,  stories, and tips, and is lushly illustrated with photos by Sara Remington.
